Terms of Delivery
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees depend on the destination country and the weight or size of the package. The shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via DPD Netherlands and are handled according to the carrier’s standard delivery practices.
Customs and Duties: For EU countries and the United Kingdom, there may be additional customs duties or taxes for deliveries. Any local fees or charges (such as VAT) in your specific country will apply as per the relevant national regulations. These fees are not covered by us and are the responsibility of the customer.
Packaging: We take great care in packaging your products securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Estimated Shipping Time and Price
Shipping Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery time varies depending on the destination country and local postal services, but generally, orders are delivered within 3-7 business days after dispatch.
For example:Netherlands: 1-2 business days
Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg: 2-3 business days
France, Italy, Spain: 3-5 business days
United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
Other European countries: 4-7 business days
Shipping Prices: The cost of shipping will be displayed at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, and the delivery address.
How We Handle Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a clear return process. Please note the following:
Return Period: You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving the items, without needing to provide a reason.
Return Conditions:
Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all packaging intact.
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@delta9media.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Return Process:
Contact us to notify us of your intention to return an item and receive instructions on how to return it.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please initiate a return first and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@delta9media.com. We will arrange a free return and issue a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
